The level shows.
The work on the digital identity, the structure and the content gave room to what makes the brand recognisable. It is the same attention we bring to websites: finding what has to win people over and letting it come forward.
Who Don’t Movie are.
Don’t Movie is a video production agency based in Milan, founded by a team of audiovisual creatives led by Luca Cetro, Matteo Fossati, Fabio Garofalo and Jacopo Santambrogio. With more than 23 specialist services, from branded content to TV commercials, from corporate video to documentaries, taking in VFX, drone, motion graphics and sound design, Don’t Movie has built a portfolio that includes names such as Google, Pirelli, Amazon Prime Video, Costa Crociere, Fila, Bosch, Eni Plenitude, McDonald’s and Bocconi University.
The DNA of the agency comes down to one conviction: for every story there is a video. Not simple content, but storytelling that creates emotion. An approach that takes technical excellence, a complete in-house team, craft production, original music composition and a creative vision that goes beyond conventional aesthetics.
The challenge: communicating the DNA at a glance.
When Don’t Movie came to Deep Marketing, the challenge was as clear as it was ambitious. The previous site, functional as it was, tried to guide the user through a structured path by category and service. The result? Visitors took too long to understand what made Don’t Movie different. The wow effect, the moment a potential client sees a video and thinks "they have to make ours", got lost in menus and sub-pages.
What was needed was a radical rethink of the experience: keeping the depth of content, but putting up front what Don’t Movie do better than anyone else: striking video of absolute quality.

The consultancy: identity first.
Deep Marketing’s work started from a deep dive into the brand identity. Before touching a single line of code, we ran a strategic analysis to understand which strengths clients actually perceived, how the market positioned Don’t Movie against competitors, and above all what the essential message had to be in the first seconds of browsing.
The outcome of that phase was a refined compromise, as the Don’t Movie team put it, between showing the best of their work and keeping the depth of services and categories. A delicate balance that took fine work on information architecture, visual hierarchy and digital storytelling.
The web design: reel, video and immediacy.
The most striking design decision was putting a full-screen reel in the background of the front page. A visitor lands on the site and, before reading a single word, is hit by the cinematic quality of the agency’s work. No explanation needed: the video speaks for itself.
Right below, nine top videos chosen among the most representative projects. Not an endless portfolio to scroll, but a curated selection that communicates range, quality and versatility at a single glance. Branded content for Google, commercials for Costa Crociere, documentaries for Eni Plenitude: in a few seconds the visitor grasps the scale of Don’t Movie’s work.
The services and strengths were designed to be visible and legible with a simple scroll. No forced paths, no obligatory clicks: an engaging, complete experience that respects the visitor’s time and invites them to go deeper only once the quality has already won them over.

Content strategy and SEO: the authoritative voice.
Deep Marketing’s consultancy did not stop at the redesign. Through a dedicated strategic deep dive, we developed a series of thematic articles about the world of video production. The aim was twofold: to raise the authority of Don’t Movie’s voice in the digital landscape and to offer a genuinely useful information service to people on the web.
Guides on how to choose a video production agency, deep dives on branded content techniques, analysis of trends in video marketing: every article was designed to capture high-value searches and position Don’t Movie as a reference point in video production in Italy.
The SEO strategy included optimising the site architecture, structuring content by service category and creating an editorial plan that is sustainable over the long term. An investment that keeps generating qualified traffic and organic enquiries.

The new site let us think about our identity and about how immediately we communicate with our clients. Thanks to the new site we can convey our DNA at once, with a reel in the background of the front page and nine top videos. Our services and our strengths are immediately visible and legible, so with a simple scroll the client gets an engaging, complete view.

The result: DNA communicated in seconds.
The new site www.dontmovie.it hits exactly the strategic goal set during the consultancy. A visitor landing on the home page understands in less than three seconds what Don’t Movie does and at what level. The background reel captures attention, the nine top videos prove the range, the scroll reveals services and skills without ever breaking the emotional flow.
The thematic blog has started to generate qualified organic traffic, positioning Don’t Movie for strategic searches in the video production world. An investment that compounds over time and builds a body of permanent digital authority.
The Don’t Movie case shows how the Deep Marketing method works even when a client is already recognised for excellence in their own field: the added value is not only technical, it is the ability to translate that excellence into immediate, effective digital communication.
