The practical answers for understanding how we will work together.
Both, but they are two different things and it is worth calling them by their names. Execution is done against a written plan, with objectives and numbers agreed beforehand. Marketing direction, meaning deciding with you where the money goes and defending those choices against the results, is a service of its own, with its own scope and its own price. If you already know what to do, you only need the second part, and we will say so.
There is no single threshold, because it depends on what a click costs in your sector and how many conversions are needed each month for the optimisation to have data to work with. In a sector where clicks cost a few cents, small figures are enough; in one where a click costs several euros, they are not. In the call we work it out on your case in twenty minutes, looking at your numbers: if the budget does not hold up, better to know before spending it.
The delivery date is in the quote, written before you sign, and it depends on how many pages and how many languages are needed. The variable that stretches the timeline is almost never technical: it is the content and the feedback that have to come from your side. If the date slips because of us, we tell you the moment it happens.
It almost always means the placement is bought. A serious outlet cannot guarantee anyone that it will publish, because the decision belongs to the journalist and depends on what happens that day. Anyone guaranteeing a number of articles is selling advertising space dressed up as news, or a network of sites that host press releases and that nobody reads. What can be guaranteed is the work: how many stories we pitch, to which newsrooms, how often.
Six: marketing direction, advertising, websites and e-commerce, press office and events, SEO and AI citations, branding. It is rarer than it sounds: in the survey we ran on 3,103 Italian agencies, taken from their public Google profiles between June and July 2026, only 54 declare web, advertising, SEO, branding and press office together. When a skill outside those six is needed, we say so and point you elsewhere.

We reply within one business day, and from there the road forks. If you have something specific to be done, we send you a quote with scope, price and date. If you still have to decide what to do, we start with a 20-minute call that includes a first-level diagnosis, free of charge, which stays with you even if you then choose another supplier.
