Can I update the site myself?
Yes. You can work on the content and compose the pages with the widgets prepared for your project. For a new function or a more structural choice, you talk it through with the team.
Are the widgets the same for everyone?

Can I have the site in several languages?
Yes. We define the language versions in the project and organise the content so every language has its own coherent presence.
How do I see the site data?

What if I already have a site?

How does the cookie bar work?
Deep CMS does not use cookies to track visitors, the analytics are entirely server-side. The cookie bar is included with the site and it is there because European law requires it, but it is a formality: there are no profiling or third-party cookies to accept.
The privacy policy and the cookie policy come from you, or from your legal advisor: we load them into the site and link them where they are needed.
Where does the chatbot take its answers from?
Only from the content of your site: pages, articles, product sheets. Every answer comes with its sources at the bottom, so the visitor can open the original page. If the question falls outside that perimeter, the chatbot says so and offers the contact, instead of making things up.
Tone, title, suggested questions and daily limits are set from the panel, language by language. As required by article 50 of the AI Act, the chat declares it is an AI assistant from the first message. It is an optional module: you switch it on when you want.
Can I send the newsletter from the site?
Yes, with the newsletter module. Subscribers sit in the same contact archive as the leads, with segments, double opt-in and automatic unsubscribe. The campaign is written in the site editor, tested on a test address and scheduled.
Automatic sequences (welcome, follow-up after a guide download, nurturing) are built step by step. They start paused: until you switch them on, no email goes out.
Who updates the platform?
We do, across every site at once: security, performance and new functions arrive without you clicking anything and without plugins breaking each other. What changes each month is written in the public changelog, with the date next to it, so you can check for yourself how alive the platform running your site is.
